Professional Mentorship Program

A 1:1 multi-month mentorship for professional therapists, healers, coaches, facilitators, and educators who are experienced in their craft and want to deepen how they perceive, relate, and respond to clients.

Intuitive, embodied space to develop a way of working that is spiritually grounded and distinctly your own.

Do any of these sound familiar?

You have outgrown the container of your training. Not because the training was wrong or unhelpful, but because it can no longer hold everything you now perceive.

You can feel more happening in the room than you always have language for: resonance, intuition, energetic shifts, spirituality, subtle cues, relational information.

At the same time, your professional self may still be more edited than your actual self. There can be a gap between who you are and who you think you are permitted to be in the work.

You want greater depth, but you do not necessarily want another modality. The next layer is not more content. It is refinement of the practitioner.

You know there is a different way to be with your work.

You are a caring and successful practitioner. You don’t need another training or a new framework; you’ve simply hit your growing edges.

And now you need a space to practice what you already know, deepen into your own unique voice, and begin to heal the divide between your personal and professional selves.

I call this learning your instrument – and the instrument is you.

My professional mentorship program will encourage you to tap into the capacity that is beyond your growing edges – you with more depth, more resonance, more discernment, more connection.

Mentorship is about expanding possibilities for you AND your clients.

It’s a presence, an ease, a steadiness to support you in understanding and developing the qualities that make you a unique practitioner instead of a(nother) copy of your teachers.

It IS possible to be in your work and also be:

  • Grounded in your training

  • Connected to your ways of perceiving, intuition, and the sacred

  • Calm & comfortable with uncertainty

  • Surrounded with aura of deep regard and compassion for yourself and your clients

  • Fully resourced – connected internally and to the larger field around you

You began this work to help others.

Maybe you got into this work through your own healing and it’s a calling to give back what you received.

Your intentions and your trainings have carried you this far. AND you know there is more to your work.

More regard you can offer your clients. More compassion for yourself and others. More trust and depth so healing can be consistent and attuned. More subtle that leads to more profound experiences.

Mentorship gives you the time and space to learn the subtle skills that make a LARGE impact when working with clients.

You are the instrument in those spaces. Just as a violin fills a space with sound, your presence creates an environment for clients to trust, grow, and expand their capacity to be with their full humanity in compassion and curiosity.

7 Areas of Focus

1. Presence

Your nervous system, attunement, subtle cues, and the different channels through which you perceive what is happening. Learning to notice more of what is happening in you, in your client, and between you without needing to immediately do something with it.

2. Energetics

Resonance, channels of perceiving, titration, and creating a container that is safe enough. Becoming more aware of the felt experience of the space you are creating with another person and how your own state contributes to its energy.

3. Inquiry

Questioning, curiosity, and not assuming you know what someone means because you have a shared understanding of the shorthand – trauma, regulation, spirituality, safety, parts, a chakra…

Inquiry is learning to stay curious past the point where your training tells you that you already understand.

4. Self-of-the-Practitioner

You are in the room too. Your body, nervous system, intellect, experiences, identities, biases, reactions, perceptions, and ways of knowing are part of the space you create.

This includes learning how to include yourself without making the work about you, including when and how to disclose, and how to work in ways that are more sustainable and life-giving for you.

5. Spiritual Integration

You do not need to be spiritual because your clients are. You can learn to meet someone else's spiritual experiences with curiosity and respect without sharing their worldview. If spirituality is part of your own professional work, we can also explore ethics, scope of practice, discernment, spiritual practices, and how spirituality can be incorporated without separating it from the rest of someone's life.

7. Practice

You can understand all of this and still struggle to do it when another human being is sitting in front of you. We practice. We slow down what happened. We notice what you did, what you perceived, what you missed, where you got stuck, what worked, and what you might try differently.

Then you go back into your work and practice again.

6. Context

Identity, culture, social systems, power, neurodivergence, disability, and sensory differences all affect how a person experiences the world and what something means to them.

Learning to keep context in the room rather than reducing someone's experience to an individual psychological or nervous-system explanation.

What happens for your clients when you develop a deeper capacity for working with full knowing?

  • They begin to observe themselves with curiosity instead of criticism. They consistently meet their emotions with compassion and understanding, with less of a need to fix themselves.

  • They begin to understand that they are not broken, and instead see themselves in context – society, family, lineage – which shifts focus from “I am broken” to “the systems I move in are flawed.”

  • Outsiderness gets reframed to a sacred edge holder.

  • They start to see their true capacity and honor it without judgement. Honoring their (and other people’s) capacity becomes a neutral understanding rather than something to beat themselves up about.

  • They learn to ride a wave of activation in their nervous system.

  • They start to see and notice the glimmers. They have more capacity for joy, enjoyment, pleasure, and connection.

  • They reclaim their natural gifts, creativity, artistry, and beauty. They tap into their imagination, spirit, and intuition to heal past hurts and traumas.

When we as practitioners become more accepting of our humanity, our clients do too.

This mentorship is for professional therapists, healers, coaches, facilitators, and educators.

How it works…

The process begins with you filling out an intake form.

Once I read over the form, I will reach out to schedule a discovery call if I think we would be a good fit to work together (your goals are within my scope of practice).

During the discovery call you will have the opportunity to ask me questions and see if I am a good fit for you. We will also discuss your goals for mentorship and what personalized space mentorship can be for you.

After the discover call I will take some time with my notes from our call and craft an individualized mentorship taking into account your desired timeframe and goals.

Mentorship is 4, 6, 9, or 12 months.

First month includes an intake session and then a follow up meeting.

The following months will meet once or twice a month depending on our agreement.

The other deliverables include:

  1. Voxer & Email support

  2. Monthly Journal prompts

Costs:

$450/month if meeting once a month

$715/month if meeting twice a month

What happens in Professional Mentorship?

5

You bring the moments in your work that feel alive, charged, or hard to name. We look closely at what is happening in you, in your client, and between you, including the subtle, relational, nervous system, intuitive, and spiritual layers. The point is not to give you another protocol. It is to help you understand your instrument more deeply and make the work more fully your own.
